Models we see most
The Worcester boilers we're called to most often are the Greenstar i and Si combis (25i and 30i especially), the Greenstar 28i Junior that was fitted in huge numbers across Birmingham, the higher-output CDi range, and the newer Greenstar 4000 and 8000 families. Older Greenstars well past their warranty are still everywhere in the West Midlands — age alone doesn't rule out repair.

Do you carry Worcester Bosch parts?
The van carries the parts that fail most often across all brands generically. Worcester-specific parts are sourced same or next day where suppliers have them available — we'll tell you honestly on the day rather than promise stock we don't have. Parts are quoted before fitting and most repairs carry a 12-month parts warranty.
My Worcester is showing EA — what does that mean?
EA is Worcester's ignition/flame failure code: the boiler tried to light and couldn't confirm a flame. One reset per the manual is fine to try; in freezing weather check the condensate pipe first, since a frozen condensate commonly causes this code. If it returns, it needs diagnosis rather than repeated resets.
Is an older Greenstar worth repairing?
Often, yes — Greenstars have good parts availability compared with many brands. We diagnose first (£99 including the first hour) and tell you honestly whether the repair stacks up against the boiler's age and fault history.
