Fault diagnosis, including the first hour of work, is £99. This is the starting point for almost every repair — it tells you and us exactly what's needed before any further cost is agreed.

Parts are quoted individually once the fault is confirmed, since prices vary by brand and model. What we can tell you is the process: you'll know the exact parts cost before anything is fitted — never a surprise on the invoice.

Landlord gas safety certificate (CP12)
